Há joalharia feita para a luz do dia. Esta não é assim. Esta série foi fotografada de noite, na rua, com a cidade a mover-se à sua volta, os faróis a arrastarem-se pelo enquadramento, o néon a espalhar-se sobre veludo, lantejoulas e seda. O tipo de luz que não se pode planear nem fingir.

As peças, correntes de ouro, colares de pérolas, elos statement, foram estilizadas com looks à altura da sua energia. Um vestido de veludo amarrotado, um conjunto de duas peças em lantejoulas, um vestido de cetim a captar cada fonte de luz que passa. Nada aqui é discreto, e não precisa de ser. Joalharia feita para se usar depois de escurecer merece fotografia que compreenda o que isso realmente parece.
